Dr. David Pyles

Dr. Pyles has more than twenty years of experience as a futures trader, and more than fifteen years of experience as a hedge fund manager. He also served as a professor of mathematical economics for five years at Oklahoma State University. Dr. Pyles has a bachelors degree in Agricultural Economics from Texas Tech University and a masters and Ph.D in Mathematical Economics from Oklahoma State University. Dr. Pyles advises Providence Capital Management on macroeconomic issues.

Dr. Ron Smith

Dr. Smith has more than twenty years of experience leading non-profit institutions. Dr. Smith graduated from Asbury College, earned master's degrees from Asbury Theological Seminary and Princeton University, and an M.Phil. and Ph.D from Drew University. Dr. Smith has served as Executive Director of the Francis Asbury Society, President of Wesley Biblical Seminary, board member for World Gospel Mission, and Chairman of the Board for the One Mission Society. Dr. Smith advises Providence Capital Management on institutional relations.

Jim Kelly

Jim is Ethan's father, and an attorney with more than thirty years of experience. Jim graduated from Mississippi State University and from the University of Mississippi School of Law. He has worked in the Mississippi Attorney General's office, Lauderdale County District Attorney's office, Rankin County District Attorney's office, Stewart and Ratcliff in Madison, MS, and currently Kelly Law Office in Brandon, MS. Jim has served on the University of Mississippi School of Law Alumni Board of Directors and numerous other non-profit boards. Jim is legal counsel to Providence Capital Management.

Ann Kelly

Ann is Ethan's mother, and also, like her husband Jim, an experienced attorney. Ann graduated from Ole Miss and the University of Mississippi School of Law, and has worked as an attorney at Powell, Goldstein, Frazier, and Murphy in Atlanta, GA, Foreman, Perry, Watkins, and Krutz in Jackson, MS, McNamara, Kelly, and Welsh in Jackson, MS, and currently at Kelly Law Office in Brandon, MS. Ann has served on multiple non-profit boards and is legal counsel to Providence Capital Management.
